The RipTide Car Wash Terms of Service

 

Unlimited Wash Plans:

 1. Monthly Billing and Payment

The RipTide Car Wash will charge your credit or debit card account monthly for the selected plan price. The recurring charge will be processed on the same date each month as the initial purchase date. For example, if you purchase a membership on the 6th of any given month, your plan will automatically renew on the 6th of every following month.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

All Unlimited Wash Plan Membership purchases are final and non-refundable. By subscribing to a plan, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or unused services.

3. Membership Cancelation

You may cancel your Unlimited Wash Plan Membership at any time. To cancel your plan, you can:
– Visit our website at riptidecw.com and follow the instructions after clicking the “Manage My Membership” button.
– Cancel on-site at any of our car wash locations by speaking with a representative.

Please provide at least five (5) days’ notice before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month. If notice is provided less than five (5) days before the next billing date, the cancellation may occur in the following billing cycle.

4. Right to Terminate Membership

The RipTide Car Wash reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time at its sole discretion. In the event that the monthly charge is declined by our secure card processing system, the membership will be automatically canceled. Members will be notified of such cancellation via email or other provided contact information.

5. Use of Membership

Our Unlimited Wash Plans allow our members to wash their vehicle at any participating RipTide location as often as desired, provided the membership is active and in good standing. The membership is intended for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or used for commercial purposes.

6. Promotional Pricing

The RipTide Car Wash may occasionally offer promotional pricing for our Unlimited Wash Plan Memberships. These promotional prices are temporary and will revert to the standard plan price after the promotional period ends. By signing up for a plan during a promotional period, you acknowledge and agree that:
– Promotional prices are not permanent.
– You will be charged the regular plan price once the promotional period expires.
– No refunds or credits will be issued for customers who are unaware that the price point reverted to the standard plan price.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The RipTide Car Wash reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members through the phone number provided at sign-up time and effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of the membership constitutes acceptance of any revised terms and conditions.

SMS Services:

If you opt-in, The RipTide Car Wash will text you when you sign up for an unlimited wash plan. We will also notify you whenever we run new promotions or if you run into billing issues with your plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time, and we will send you SMS messages again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
